We're expanding our team and seeking a motivated, hands-on Sheet Metal Helper to support our HVAC installation and ductwork fabrication crews.

Position Overview:

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to grow a long-term career in the HVAC trade, mechanical systems, and commercial construction. You’ll assist with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal ductwork and components for HVAC systems on various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in measuring, cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal ductwork

• Support HVAC technicians in installing ducts, fittings, grills, and registers

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and metalworking machinery

• Transport materials and tools to job sites; assist with site setup and teardown

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards

• Help with quality control, inspections, and system performance testing

• Follow direction from senior installers, sheet metal mechanics, and project supervisors

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, HVAC, or sheet metal work is a plus, but not required

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn the HVAC trade

• Ability to read a tape measure, use hand tools, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in active job site environments

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions

• Understanding of basic safety protocols in construction or mechanical work
