Position Summary:

As a Commercial Plumber, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and light industrial environments. You will work with a team of skilled tradespeople to deliver high-performance solutions that meet building codes, project specs, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, waste, vent, and gas lines

• Set and connect fixtures, valves, pumps, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and backflow preventers

• Interpret and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and ensure code compliance

• Collaborate with HVAC techs, general contractors, and project managers to meet construction deadlines

• Maintain a safe and organized job site, adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial plumber, pipefitter, or plumbing installer

• In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing codes, piping systems, and installation best practices

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools for plumbing installation and repair

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Plumber's license or Journeyman certification is a plus
